She has heavyweight experience from holding senior positions in firms like MinterEllison, Deloitte, and Colin Biggers & Paisley, including building Colin Biggers & Paisley’s immigration practice from scratch. Her experience in the big firms gave her experience with complex, sensitive business issues, transactions, and matters that smaller migration agencies may not have been exposed to– experience which she now applies to all her clients.

Today, she helps national and multinational companies mobilise workforces, build compliance systems, and navigate the toughest immigration curveballs (from acquisitions involving sponsored workers to “drop everything” crises).
