Beth Fitzpatrick

Beth brings more than two decades of corporate immigration experience to Catalyst, guiding businesses through the realities of Australia’s sponsorship system with equal parts clarity, strategy, and no-nonsense honesty.

As a Registered Migration Agent, she's held senior level positions at Global Immigration, Big 4 accounting firm and boutique legal firms so there isn’t anything that she has not seen or handled. Beth and Phi go way back (all the way back to their Deloitte days) and she’s the person companies trust when they need skilled workers in the door, fast.

She specialises in workforce shortages across hospitality, engineering, and childcare, helping everyone from family-run restaurants to multinational firms understand eligibility, navigate costs, and prepare airtight applications in a system where one missed detail can derail everything.

Although she’s a seasoned professional at navigating the immigration system, Beth has a soft spot for smaller businesses who are often shocked by how complex the process really is. She breaks down the rules, flags risks early, and guides both employers and visa applicants through every step with calm, structured support.

Outside of work, Beth sings in a choir, dabbles in trumpet, juggles life with two teenagers, and tends to her two-acre property in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Rainwater tanks, rogue termites, rainforest regeneration and all. She's also looking forward to undertaking a once in a lifetime sacred pilgrimage to India and meet the Dalai Lama this October.

The MARA Code of Conduct sets out qualities and abilities Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) must have to be on the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) register. It also sets out requirements that Registered Migration Agents work with clients in a professional and ethical way.
