Ashlie Macatangay

Ashlie is one of the organisational engines behind the scenes at Catalyst. Currently studying Law and Psychology at university, she brings a calm, methodical approach to even the most complex matters. Whether she’s reviewing years of compliance records, drafting visa applications, or tallying work-experience hours in a spreadsheet that would make the Department proud, Ashlie’s eye for detail is what keeps things moving without a hitch.

Before joining Catalyst, she worked in a law firm during high school, which sparked her interest in the legal world and eventually led her here — where she’s now gaining real-world experience in immigration law while mastering remote work, one seamless process at a time.

Outside of work, Ashlie can usually be found recreating whatever savoury dish she last saw on social media or rewatching her favourite musicals. (Yes, she’s seen Wicked. Twice.)

Quietly dedicated, thorough, and always steady under pressure, Ashlie helps make sure every client file is complete, compliant, and cared for.
