Enabling specialist talent for a nationally significant sustainability project.

The challenge
A major recycling provider needed to bring international specialists into Australia to support the development phase of Queensland’s new wastepaper recycling facility. This work formed part of a $137 million joint Federal–State recycling initiative with tight timelines, specialised technical requirements, and national environmental impact.
What we did
We consulted with the provider to understand the project’s technical requirements and talent needs, then provided clear advice on the most suitable visa pathways and associated compliance obligations. Our guidance ensured the business could plan confidently and progress the project without delays caused by immigration hurdles.
The outcome
We helped the recycling provider successfully secure the specialist expertise required to advance the facility’s development. Our immigration support helped move a critical sustainability initiative forward, enabling a project designed to strengthen Australia’s recycling capabilities and reduce environmental impact.
In short
The right experts arrived at the right time — keeping a high-impact national project on track.
